Covering Horsham and surrounding areas, LookAfter My Doggy primarily offers help and solutions for busy families and professionals in caring for their furry family members. Subject to an initial registration, we offer all services to our lovely dogs and treat them all like our family members. Depending on your dog's needs, we can also offer a tailor made service, giving them the desired attention. Feel free to get in touch using our contact form.
All walks are on rotation, making sure they get different adventures weekly. Pick up and drop offs are free and walk time starts from
walkies! Whether your requirement is dog walking, pop in visits, puppy attention, ad hoc visits or last minute emergencies, we are here to help.
We make sure all our clients' minds are put at ease. This is at the forefront of what we do.

SOLO WALK
We understand clients' wishes and preferences which are key for helping to do the very best on the walks. We appreciate that not all dogs are suited to group walks or perhaps they simply love sole attention. With owner consent, dogs can be let off the lead after an initial lead and recall assessment.

GROUP WALKS
For dogs that love to explore and play with other dogs; great stimulation! They are taken in a small, friendly group to the local park and nature places for the hour walk. With owner consent, dogs can be let off the lead after an initial lead and recall assessment.

HOME VISTS
Whatever the reason your dog does not require a walk, be it elderly dogs who struggle with long distance, injury recovery or simply need a toilet break, mealtimes with water or simply a cuddle, all can be arranged for them. If you also have a cat that needs feeding, we are also happy to assist. For flexibility around your schedule, we can help you with these home visits.

PUPPY & OLDER DOG VISITS
For puppy walks, the general guide is 5 minutes for each month of age. These walks to be agreed and confirmed with owner. We dedicate 30 minutes to puppies and older dogs, however if longer time is required, this is available at an adjusted cost per visit.

We understand that certain things or events don't go to plan or you are simply running late with your daily schedules or leisure times that you can't get to your pet in time. This option is a solution for those moments and we will be happy to help out in time of need.

Trips to the local vet or groomers is not a problem for our dogs so let us help you should you need this service.

A reputable City & Guilds Certified Dog Walker, CPD Canine First Aid certified, together with Public Liability to give all our clients piece of mind that their dogs are in professional hands. As per insurance, group walks are kept up to 4 dogs at a time so full control is always in place.
Flexibility
All client requirements are varied whether it is a regular booking or some ad-hoc sessions. Flexibility is on offer with no minimum walk or visit numbers. Our 'Out of Hours' option helps families and professionals with planned or unexpected situation. This is subject to availability so do check in in with us.
Security & Safety
Security and safety are of upmost importance where our client's home and pets are concerned. For that reason, we have no sign written vehicle, no branded uniform, we are DBS checked and fully insured. Client house keys are kept secure under lock with no details other than their pet's name to identify and only used at service time. We are GDPR compliant and our Privacy Policy is stated on our T&C's at registration.
Feedback
We all love feedback, especially how our pets have been, be it good boy or girl or how much fun they had. Feedback is an integral part of our service to inform that they are well in your absence so every outing and service receives an update. That's a guarantee!

Thank you for viewing our website and we hope we can be of help to you and your beloved pets. I'm Sharon and for the past 4 years, I've loved giving a service to the beautiful dogs in Horsham!
Dogs are the best friends we have, wonderful animals that give so much back to us and are very much part of the family. With 14 years of dog experience, owning 2 Beagles, the joy of giving attention to them was rewarding and fulfilling. This continued on with voluntary work for The Cinnamon Trust, which helps others to care for their animals when needed. It felt very natural in this environment and is a passion that continues today.
But most of all, I LOVE DOGS and I thank all my clients for their wonderful feedback and I am proud to be given the trust to be in charge or their beloved pets.
